Early Friday morning crews were called to the West Delray home destroyed along Isla Verde Way, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. Officials say a fire broke out in a three-car garage, that left a multi-million 9,000 square foot two-story home in the community of Addison Reserve severely damaged.
“At one point, the fire became so large that firefighters had to switch to a defensive mode, Fire Rescue Captain Albert Borroto said.”
According to officials crews were called in around 2:45 a.m and were still there around 7:30 a.m still trying to find a cause to the fire that destroyed this multi-million dollar home in the private gated community of Addison Reserve.
No injuries or other homes were reported damaged as the fire carried on throughout the early morning. The fire remains under investigation.
